Blaine is a former College Football player at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He is a USAW Olympic Sports Development Coach and his certifications include CrossFit Level 1 Cert, CrossFit Football Cert, and a CrossFit Mobility Certification. Owner of Explosive U kids sports/strength training. Always one of the top ranked CrossFit competitors in the South Central Region, Blaine placed 14th in the 2011 CrossFit Games Regional competition. Competition has allowed Coach Blaine to constantly test, apply, research and retest training methodologies to improve his and our athletes skills and performance.
Coach Blaine runs all of CrossFit CenTex’s four day programs and a limited number of of two and three day programs.
Blaine is married to Micah and has one little ball of energy named Rylee.
