If you have to workout on Thanksgiving, here’s one that can be performed without equipment.

2017 Turkey WOD
5 Rounds

Run 400m (estimate) – If you can find a hill, even better!

Then what is remaining of 3min perform AMRAP:
3 Burpees
6 Box Jumps (or find something to jump over)
9 Air Squats

*adjust the time cap to 4 mins if the 400 run takes you close to 3 mins to complete.
